Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, and each call can only be rescheduled once.

    If a session is canceled or missed without a 24-hour notice, or if a rescheduled session is omitted, the client will be charged for the session.

    Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency.

  • Calls that have already occurred are non-refundable.

    Clients who have paid in full but have not received any calls are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of payment, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled call.

    If a client is partway through a coaching package and wishes to cancel the remaining calls, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and the number of sessions completed.
